We provide Legal assistance services across criminal, civil and family law jurisdictions include but are not limited to:

  • Representation at Family Dispute Resolution conferences

  • Staff training about specific legal issues relevant to private and community sectors (eg tenancy law, unfair dismissal or other civil law matters)

Costs

Legal fees are discussed at your first appointment and generally charged at an hourly rate. However there is scope to discuss fee arrangements and to particularize a costs/service agreement to suit the legal assistance requirements of an individual, business, agency or organisation.

Some legal costs:

One Will - $290.00 plus GST
One Enduring Power of Attorney - $190.00 plus GST
One Will & Enduring Power of Attorney - $400 plus GST


Conveyancing:

$1100.00  plus GST, for Purchase or Sale in ACT
$1200 plus plus GST  for Purchase or Sale in NSW

(There may be other fees that you will need to pay to other third parties and this depends on the type of property)
